Sandra took it upon herself to find alternative healing through nutrition, yoga, and healthy lifestyle habits. Using only the principles of Holistic Nutrition, she was able to turn both her health and her life around.

After completing an intensive program in Applied Holistic Nutrition, Sandra started her own practice as a nutritional consultant. She has since built a notable online presence as a wellness influencer and writer.
