Total Body Conditioning
This class is designed to create long, strong, and sculpted bodies like those of a dancer- tone your arms, legs, bum, and core in this dance-inspired and HIIT-inspired fitness class! You will work your whole body and melt away the fat, all the while having a blast to some great music. No dance experience necessary!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a series of circuit style workouts where you give 100% effort for the allotted amount of time and then rest straight after (ex; 30 seconds full capacity then 30 seconds of rest). These classes can be done using only your body weight or while incorporating props such as dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu balls, swiss balls, skipping ropes or gym machines. HIIT is said to be the BEST way to burn fat and the most calories in the shortest amount of time while strengthening your muscles and increasing endurance. Get ready for a wicked sweat and you’ll be feeling leaner and stronger in no time!
Realign and Redefine
The foundation of our strength lies in our core. This class focuses on bringing awareness to correct postural alignment while strengthening and developing the deep core stabilizers of our abdominals and back. Realign and Redefine will tighten your tummy and waist, improve posture and assist in injury prevention. This is the ideal class to gain the functional strength needed to keep you moving well and moving often! No dance experience necessary!
