I’ve been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2010. Aside from introducing me to a healthier, more active lifestyle, yoga has given me confidence and self awareness. The discipline and constant learning make it my lifelong commitment. I’m always looking to expand my experience of yoga specifically through various styles like as well as globally through movement and mobility disciplines.
My goal is to inspire our members to diversify their activity, improve fitness performance and find a connection through consciousness.
